A NOTE ON DATA PROTECTION: All computers and hard drives are both surge protected, and connected to a battery backup. In the event of a power outage, all computers and drives will continue running unaffected. The “Media Drive” on which all audio and session files are recorded is in fact two separate drives, configured as a Mirrored RAID set. This means that there is a constant backup being made on a separate drive of all of your files as they are recorded. After each session the files are then backed up onto the archive drive, which is then backed up for the fourth time via “Time Machine”. For an additional charge, cloud storage options are available.
OWLCOVE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR KEEPING COPIES OF CLIENT FILES. UPON PROJECT COMPLETION, THE CLIENT MUST PROVIDE A HARD DRIVE TO WHICH OWLCOVE WILL TRANSFER ALL PROJECT FILES. OWLCOVE'S DRIVES ARE WIPED CLEAN OF COMPLETED PROJECTS MONTHLY TO ENSURE PEAK COMPUTER PERFORMANCE.

That’s why at OwlCove, we only use the best cables that the industry has to offer. Our whole studio is hand-wired with Mogami 110Ohm Cables and gold-pinned Neutrik connectors to ensure peak clarity of your audio.
